Site work has commenced at Burlington Plaza, today. This represents

This new twin-block corporate headquarters on Burlington Road in Dublin
now available for letting through Jones Lang LaSalle and due for completion
at the end of 2008.
The buildings will provide 22,328 sq m of prestige office space in two
blocks of six and seven stories and in one of the most sought after areas
Dublin. Jones Lang LaSalle, which is marketing the development, is quoting
annual rents of €700 per sq m and of €4,000 per car parking
